目前课题组主要从事植物表观遗传学、基因表达调控领域的研究,通过基因组学、遗传学和细胞生物学的研究手段手段,探究基因和转座子逃脱DNA甲基化抑制效应的分子机制,并探索表观遗传机制在植物细胞命运决定和组织再生中的应用。
