研究方向:
课题组主要以模式植物拟南芥和大豆为研究对象,综合运用遗传学、基因组学、生物化学、细胞生物学及生物信息学等手段研究小RNA及RNA修饰的分子调控机理、功能与应用。主要研究方向:1.小RNA的细胞间运输机制及其作为信号分子调控植物高温应答的功能研究,2.RNA非经典加帽修饰机理及其生物学功能研究,3.大豆花药发育及传粉机制和株型建成机制研究,4.基于RNA的农业技术开发及应用。
